Kevin, I talked with Casie this morning and she indicated that the wire transfer had been completed. That is the sign of a well-managed closing when the wire transfer is the most difficult part of the closing process. Sherra and I have gone through this process at least five times (three purchases and two refinances) in almost 23 years of marriage and this refinance has been the simplest and most efficient refinance or purchase by far. You provided us with a list of the info that we needed to complete the closing and you explained everything so that we were able to understand the process. You answered all of our questions and even provided assistance with the notary. When you said we could have the closing process completed in 15 days I thought you were feeding me a line - you were not. You saved us 15-30 days of the hassle of dealing with lenders, appraisers, underwriters, etc. - for that we are extremely grateful. I doubt that we will get the opportunity to refinance this house again, but we will definitely consider you and your firm the next time we relocate.

Working with Andrew Postell and Foundation Financial Group has been a most pleasure able experience. When we looked into refinancing we checked with several institutions. Andrew mentioned they could close quick and lock in a lower rate and more important change from a 30 year loan to a 15 year loan with no out of pocket funds.
The switch was done in a 2 week window from beginning of the process with us furnishing the proper documents, through underwriter approval, appraisal, and pay off of our existing loan. Andrew came in on the monthly payments below what was stated in the initial Good Faith Estimate and saved us more. In this time I also had to travel out of town on work and we remote signed the documents with proper certification.
I would recommend Andrew Postell and Foundation Funding Group to anyone and have started telling my friends and family. Andrew also had the insurance department with his company work with us to see if they could save us money on our house insurance and possibly lower our escrow payment. Jeremy was very honest, he could save us some on our house but not automobiles and did not pressure us to switch from Allstate.

We finished laying the block work and putting on the floor decking, we will be pouring concrete for the sun porch (new idea) and the (new idea) cold cellar for canning; this week, after that we will start studding up the walls, so as you can see we are moving right along with the project.
